Report a problem
Last updated: 2026-10-10
What you can report
- a wrong or outdated price, a wrong model name or a broken link;
- a listing that uses your company's name, logo or trademark in a misleading way;
- content uploaded by a provider that you believe is unlawful (for example, it infringes copyright or misleads buyers);
- a security problem of the site.
How to report
Write to hello@airatecard.com. Please include:
- the address (URL) of the page, card or offer;
- what is wrong and, if you can, the correct information with a link to its source;
- for unlawful content: why you believe it is unlawful;
- your name and email address (you can report anonymously, except for intellectual property complaints, where we need to know who the right holder is);
- for unlawful content: a statement that the information in your report is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
This address is also the single point of contact for authorities and users under the EU Digital Services Act. You can write in English or Russian.
What happens next
- We confirm that we received the report.
- Wrong prices and broken links are usually fixed with the next daily check; we tell you when it is done if you left an email.
- For unlawful content, we review the report diligently and objectively, may remove or disable the content, and tell both you and the provider who uploaded it what we decided and why. The provider can reply, and either side can ask us to review the decision again.
- We may ignore reports that are clearly unfounded or abusive, and may stop processing reports from someone who sends them repeatedly.
Providers
A provider who manages its listing corrects prices on its own site (the pricing page, or seller.yaml/models.yaml on its domain) and asks for a recheck in the provider account; pictures and descriptions are edited in the provider account.
