Provider terms

These terms apply to a company that claims its listing on AI Rate Card ("provider") in addition to the Terms of use.

1. Claiming a listing

To manage a listing, the provider proves that it controls the provider's domain (for example, with a DNS record, a file on the site or an email at the domain). The person who claims the listing confirms that they may act for the company. We may ask for more proof and may refuse or withdraw a claim that is not proven. We re-check the proof regularly; if it fails three checks in a row, the verification ends.

2. What a verified provider can do

• publish its prices on its own site: the public pricing page, or the seller.yaml/models.yaml files on its domain (then we read only them);
• upload a company picture, an offer picture and a short description;
• correct the names and details of its offers.

Prices are taken only from the provider's own site; nothing typed into the provider account or sent through an API is shown as a price. A provider who finds a wrong price corrects it on its site and may ask for a recheck in the provider account.

3. Content the provider uploads

The provider is responsible for what it uploads. Content must be accurate, lawful and owned by the provider or licensed to it; it must not imitate another company or a model creator, and it must not contain other companies' logos without permission.

The provider gives us a free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, resize, convert and show this content on the site, in the API and in the open data, for as long as the listing is active and for a reasonable time after it is removed (for example, in caches and backups).

All pictures and descriptions are checked by us before they appear. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these terms, and we tell the provider why.

4. Order and labels

Verification does not change the order of lists. The model creator's logo is separate from the provider's pictures and is not changed by the provider. See How ranking works.

5. Paid placements

Paid placements are not offered yet. When they are, they will be governed by a separate order with prices and conditions, will always be labelled "Ad", and will not change the order of lists.

6. Ending

The provider can stop managing its listing at any time by writing to hello@airatecard.com. The listing then stays in the catalog based on public data, without the provider's pictures and descriptions. We may end a provider's access if it breaks these terms.

7. Liability

The provider is responsible for the accuracy of the prices and content it sends and indemnifies us against claims caused by its content, to the extent permitted by law.
