1. Who we are

AI Rate Card (https://airatecard.com) is run by the operator of AI Rate Card ("we", "us"). Contact: hello@airatecard.com.

These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, its API, its open data files and its other services (together, "the service"). By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. What the service is

AI Rate Card compares the prices that providers publish for AI models: language, image, speech and other models. We collect the prices from the providers' own public pricing pages and public APIs, normalise them (for example, to US dollars per 1 million tokens) and show where and when each price was taken.

We do not sell AI models, do not resell access to them and are not a party to any deal between you and a provider. Links to providers lead to the providers' own sites, where the providers' own terms apply.

3. The data is for information only

Prices and model details change often and can be collected or converted wrongly. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty that the data is complete, correct or up to date, and without any warranty that the service will be available without interruption.

Always check the price and the conditions on the provider's own page before you buy. The provider's own page is the authority.

Currency conversions use reference exchange rates and are approximate.

4. Accounts

An account is optional: everything on the site can be read without signing in. An account needs only a login name and a password (no email) and keeps your settings, saved views, favourites, price alerts and your nickname in the discussions. Keep your password and recovery codes safe; you are responsible for what is done with your account. You can download or delete your account at any time at https://airatecard.com/account - see the Privacy policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or the Discussion rules.

5. Using the data and the API

You may use the data of the service, including commercially, on the conditions of the Data and API license. In short: name AI Rate Card as the source with a link, respect the API limits, and do not present the data as checked by you or as an official price list of a provider.

6. What you must not do

• break into, overload or disrupt the service, or get round its limits and protections;
• collect the site's pages automatically at a rate beyond the published API limits — use the API and the open data files instead;
• pretend to be a provider, us, or another person, or claim a provider's page you do not control;
• upload content you have no right to use, or content that is unlawful, misleading or harmful;
• use the service to break the law.

Use the service only where this is lawful for you. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including export control and sanctions laws; we do not check this.

We may limit or block access that breaks these terms.

7. Providers

A provider can confirm that it controls its listing and add its own pictures and descriptions on the conditions of the Provider terms. Paid placements, when we offer them, are always marked as advertising and never change the order of the lists — see How ranking works.

8. Names, logos and trademarks

Names and logos of models, companies and products belong to their owners. We use them only to identify the models and providers that the prices refer to. Their use does not mean that the owners endorse the service or are connected with us, unless a listing says so.

9. Content of the service

The design, texts and code of the service belong to us. The data is available on the terms of the Data and API license. Content uploaded by providers belongs to the providers.

10. Reports and complaints

To report a wrong price, a broken link, a misuse of a trademark or unlawful content, use the Report page or write to hello@airatecard.com. We read every report and answer within a reasonable time.

11. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss that results from using or relying on the data or the service, including a purchase made at a price that turned out to be different. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer under the law of your country of residence.

12. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. For significant changes we will post a notice on the site in advance. If you keep using the service after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

13. Law and disputes

Nothing in these terms limits the protection that the mandatory law of your country of residence gives you as a consumer. Before going to court, please write to us at hello@airatecard.com - most questions can be solved quickly.
